Two Vale teams will feature in the First Qualifying Round of the Bute Energy Welsh Cup on Sunday 20th September.
65 women's clubs have entered the competition this season, with the 50 lowest-ranked entering the First Qualifying Round.
They include Caerau Ely, who'll face Penydarren and Sully Sports, who'll face Rockspur.
The eight Genero Adran Premier clubs receive byes to Round One, while the seven highest-ranked Tier Two clubs receive byes to the Second Qualifying Round.
Last season, Cardiff City lifted the trophy on penalties against Swansea City, following a tightly fought 3 - 3 game at Rodney Parade.
